Man, if only I’d hit the proverbial “stock option lottery” some year back, I’d be using every auction tactic in the book to procure this item. I saw that an “Elvis Presley Jumpsuit” was going up for sale on Time.com. I didn’t realize that it was going to be the famous “peacock” piece. Just look at the glorious sparkling jumpsuit, resplendent like the bird.

According to Sotheby’s, it’s looking like a $200,000-$250,000 item. It comes direct from The King’s run in Las Vegas and still has the sweat stains from his performances. Brilliant!
