Why SXSW Rules: The Afghan Whigs and Usher Rock for The Fader & Converse

Every year, fans flock to Austin for what has become a fascinating mix of film and music. When the schedule gets released, travel plans come together and lobbying for tickets to the different venues begins in earnest.
