FMC: Chicago Bears Defense & Special Teams
The games of Week 4 provided a veritable laundry list of fantastic performances. You can circle to the ridiculous performance turned in by Roddy White of the Falcons in the narrow victory over the Panthers. He logged eight receptions for 169 yards with two touchdowns while tag-team partner Julio Jones offered a single catch on eight targets.
You have Brian Hartline and his lunacy of his 12-catch, 253-reception performance against the Cardinals in a crushing loss for the Dolphins, who put up a fight in the desert.
Chris Johnson, left on fantasy benches following a terrible start, rushed for 141 yards against the Texans.
Add the pinball numbers from Tom Brady, Peyton Manning and Aaron Rodgers to the mix.
However, one fantasy contributor went over the top. The Chicago Bears defense swarmed over Tony Romo and the Dallas Cowboys on Monday night, prompting many improbable comebacks for fantasy owners who’d already started looking ahead to Week 5. The Bears generated five interceptions, two of which were returned for touchdowns. Chicago sacked Romo once and limited Demarco Murray to 24 rushing yards.
