Harmon’s Week 1 Fantasy Football Rankings
It’s time.
The 2018 NFL season finally gets underway this evening, and it couldn’t come soon enough. OK, I speak as a disgruntled White Sox fan.
The Eagles and SB MVP Nick Foles open the defense of their title against Matt Ryan and the Falcons. Foles attacks the formidable Atlanta defensive front without Alshon Jeffery (injury) and tight end Trey Burton (Chicago). He presented a miserable preseason effort, so expectations for Foles in this primetime event have been lowered. Still, given a loaded, multi-dimensional backfield and a hyped environment, I ranked Foles as a mid-QB2.
The last week offered huge contracts, a monster trade and a team in turmoil. And no, I’m not even talking about “Hard Knocks.”
Let’s get it. Without further ado, it’s time to load up my Week 1 Fantasy Football rankings.
* I’ll make a pick, too. Give me the Eagles on Thursday to cover.
** Don’t worry. I’ll update them ahead of Sunday’s games.
