Week 2 Fantasy Failure: Chris Johnson, RB, TEN
I understand that Kenny Britt, Nate Washington and even Jake Locker were banged up heading into the Week 2 contest against San Diego. I understand that there are issues on the offensive line.
But, Johnson’s first two weeks of the 2012 season have been an absolute wreck.
— He produced four yards on 11 carries in Week 1 against Vince Wilfork and the Patriots. Johnson’s six receptions for 47 yards offered some consolation.
— The Chargers limited Johnson to 17 yards on eight carries, only this time there were no receiving contributions to mitigate the vitriol of frustrated fantasy owners. He added two receptions for 11 yards.

The Titans set up for Week 3 against the Detroit Lions. It’s potentially a “get-right” game, but it’s hardly a sure thing right now. And, if he doesn’t start rolling up Johnson-esque numbers of days past, Javon Ringer might be crashing the backfield party in short order.
