Taunting Penalty Draws More Than 15 Yards For Alabama Fan

You might remember the story of a man being arrested for “performing a simulated sex act on an unconscious man” following the BCS title game this past year. It made all of the rounds on sports talk radio and the evening laugh-fests. On Tuesday, Louisiana prosecutors reached a plea agreement with the perpetrator, a man from Smith Station, Alabama, on two counts of obscenity. Brian H. Downing will serve two years in jail.
