My Neighborhood Will Make The Nightly News
I was working on the update of my fantasy rankings while contemplating the meaning of life when a story crossed my desk.
A bust by the Torrance Police here in Calfornia netted eight arrests and a TON of marijuana. I know that we use the euphemism “ton” a lot, but the police literally recovered more than a TON — 2,648 pounds!
The local new community will be featured prominently in “In Other Stories” segment of the news.
