Good morning, everyone.

I hope that you’re sitting back and enjoying a fabulous holiday weekend, the unofficial start of the summer season. May the weather cooperate with your plans.

I would like to take a moment to thank those who make the sacrifice that allows me to rant and rave like a lunatic on this Memorial Day.

On Tuesday, SwollenDome.com will kick into a new gear. A number of new features are planned, including frequent audio and video hits to talk about the topics of the day. Baseball, NFL, NCAA Football, the NBA Finals, NHL Final and myriad other topics are on the radar, including the odd stories, sports business and entertainment fodder.

Welcome aboard, it’s going to be a fun ride.

Now go enjoy your friends and family, some BBQ and take a deep breath. Things are going to heat up.
