If you watched this clip of the Childress Post-game press conference, you would not be able to tell that his team came back from a big deficit to win it.

After surrendering a big lead, Brett Favre, Adrian Peterson and the Vikings rallied in the waning moments to earn a much-needed victory. The beleaguered, embattled head coach addressed the rumors concerning the Percy Harvin squabble of Friday, noting that any words exchanged were not a result of Childress questioning his effort, but rather that Harvin was reticent to get an MRI on his injured ankle (Childress advised that Harvin had that image taken on Saturday morning.).

He does take a swipe at Favre in the seventh minute of the Q&A session.

Clearly, not all is right in Minnesota, but a win is a win. The defense (which I wrote about early in the day) played some inspired ball late to keep the Vikings within striking range.

Saddle up for Week 10 – the Vikings travel to Chicago for a date with the Bears.
